Freediving Masterclasses with Emma Farrell

A fantastic opportunity to improve your freediving skills with world-leading instructor Emma Farrell

Following the success of the freediving masterclasses with Emma, we are delighted to introduce a masterclass aimed at intermediate and advanced students. The class is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to dive deeper, use the lilypad freediving platform, prepare for the RAID advanced freediver course or simply hone and advance your skills. You’ll learn how to:

• Master buoyancy to improve depth and dive time
• Buddy for deep dives
• Use a lanyard and the freediving platform
• Safely extend your limits

In addition, you’ll be working with Emma on equalisation, technique and dive preparation in order to improve your performance and confidence in the water, and diving within the limits of your current qualification (20m for RAID Freediver and equivalent, and 30m for RAID Advanced Freediver and equivalent). • 2 dive sessions with Emma Farrell
• Individual assessment and tutoring

Pre-requisites:

• Medical Declaration (not older than 6 months)
• Must have passed the Open Water Freediver course if you trained with us
• Be a minimum of SSI level one or Aida 2* if you trained elsewhere. If you qualified with any other programme, please get in touch .
• Be confident diving to ten metres
• Own a professional freediving lanyard (these can be purchased in advance from Go Freediving). We have two lanyards available for hire (at a cost of £10 each) on a first come, first served basis.

• Kit and wetsuit hire
• Snacks/drinks
