This course has been created by Emma Farrell, Instructor Trainer and Owner of Go Freediving, who has more than a decade of experience in teaching breathing optimisation to Olympic and Paralympic elite athletes as well as amateur athletes, competitive and recreational water sports enthusiasts, singers, musicians, dancers, people with breathing difficulties, and anyone who has a desire to improve lung function, CO2 tolerance and breath hold.
Emma has now brought this wealth of experience online.

THIS COURSE IS NOT PRE-RECORDED. YOU WILL WORK LIVE AND ONLINE WITH EMMA WHO WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY FEEDBACK AND ANSWER ANY QUERIES YOU HAVE.
To ensure you achieve the maximum results, this course has been designed for you to take a class twice weekly. If you are not able to attend any of the classes you will be sent a recording of the class you were unable to attend. This, not only helps with motivation and progress, but will be recorded as an attendance and count towards your course completion and certification. You will be able to practise any missed classes at a time suited to you.
