Freediving courses

Freediving is an incredible sport, enabling you to safely swim deeper, longer under the water

While you don’t need as much expensive equipment as scuba diving, there’s still lots to learn. We’ve taught everyone from children to people in their eighties, as well as champion freedivers, spearfishers, surfers and even the occasional TV star and Hollywood actor.

We provide courses for all ability levels, from our introductory Try Freediving courses, beginners’ RAID Freediver courses to the more advanced RAID Advanced Freediver and RAID Master Freediver courses. Taught by some of the world’s most experienced instructors, no-one else offers such a wealth of experience.

So where should you start to learn to freedive?

You have two options when beginning your freediving journey, either taking our Try Freediving Course or taking our weekend RAID Freediver Course. Both courses are suitable for complete beginners and you don’t have to take the Try Freediving Course before you take the RAID Freediver one. Our Try Freediving Course is great as a taster session or a gift and the RAID Freediver Course is perfect for giving you a complete grounding in the sport to enable you to be a self-sufficient and confident freediver.

Go Freediving courses are the most comprehensive around. If you run a diving club we can come to you and run all levels of course at your location, or come and give a talk to your members about freediving. We offer continued training throughout the year through our own Go Freediving club, too.

We look forward to diving with you soon!
